Home Practice

Here you will find a series of short videos designed to help you practise the fundamental movements you are learning in class. Taking a few minutes to review and practise at home will help you build confidence, improve coordination, and progress more quickly in your training.

Move slowly, focus on correct technique, and repeat the movements several times. Consistency is more important than speed.

Train regularly, enjoy the process, and remember that every black belt was once a white belt.
